Check-in only until 10 PM was a hassle, requiring a call to enter the building, which felt a bit off. The lift is the tiniest I've ever encountered—it's more like a phone booth, only accepting one person or very small luggage. I thought I'd booked a room in the main building, but ended up in a decidedly lesser-quality dependency far enough away, leaving me feeling somewhat misled. The advertised daily housekeeping lacks clarity, as sheets and towels aren't replaced daily unless specifically requested for an extra fee.

Hotel All'Arco is a hidden gem with superb customer service and cozy rooms. The location is perfect, nestled near historic landmarks, making exploration easy. Breakfast options are delightful and reasonably priced.

I stayed in the Economy Double or Twin Room for 3 nights and it was great! The bed was comfy, and the room had a nice sofa. Bathroom was well-equipped with nice toiletries. Just a heads-up, the lift is super tiny—really can only fit a couple people at a time with luggage. But the location is perfect, close to bars and restaurants. Plus, you can leave your luggage after checkout.
